The Recruitment process that is followed by the Percept is highly systematic and is based upon a structured approach, which is comprehensive and result oriented.
The recruitment process incorporates the following methodology –
To make sure that the selection process is facilitated properly, we meet all the important stakeholders to comprehend the history of the organization, its work culture, and its overall business operations.
Based on our meeting and discussion with the stakeholders, we develop position specification document. This one is important information, which we forward to the candidates who are actively looking forward to the position. The document describes the job responsibilities of the position and its key success factors. It also lists key requirements in the candidates mainly relating to competencies, experience, personal traits, and background.
The specifications or requirements for the position are shared with the client and it acts as an important barometer in deciding who we will approach amid the entire duration of the search. Once agreed upon by the stakeholders, the final description is forwarded for getting the approval.
Based upon the discussion, an initial list of shortlisted candidates is drawn. This list is formulated after taking evaluating the candidates on the basis of their skill sets, overall experience as well as the interests in the assignment. Following the schedule of the interview, we may utilize 3rd party Psychometric assessment tools which requires additional fees.
After shortlisting the most deserving candidates for the role, we prepare a detailed CV along with evaluation summary to ensure conduct of interview smoothly.
Following the process of shortlisting, we arrange the interviews of the candidates by the representative of the company. After receiving client’s feedback about the candidate, we go one step ahead and compile the final list of shortlisted candidates.
Once the candidates have been selected by you, we will conduct a thorough reference check before the offer has been extended formally. Moreover, you can also request for a background check on the candidates at an additional fee. This, however, would be performed by an independent and professional third-party agency.
If desirable, Percept can assist you in negotiating for an employment offer to the candidates. We can simply on behalf of the client extend offer to the candidates and explain to them the details, benefits and future opportunities. All through the final phase of the search and selection process, Percept stays fully committed to the client.
After the candidate has been placed with the company, we at Percept stay in touch with them for a period of 2 to 3 months to get their feedback and their overall experience with the work.
